NØRD ("we", "us") is an OnlyFans management agency run from Sweden. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. Contact: madebynord@gmail.com.

When you apply we collect what you type into the form: your name, your OnlyFans or platform handle, the platform you post on, your follower count, your goals, and your contact details.

If the conversation continues, we also hold whatever you choose to send us: screenshots, links, content, schedules and messages. Nothing beyond that is collected without you telling us.

We keep simple records of how the site is used — which pages are visited, which page sent the visitor here, browser and device type and approximate region — so we can see what is working.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not sell profiles.

To answer your application and decide whether to work together. To deliver the services you hire us for. To invoice and collect our commission. To keep records we are legally required to keep. To protect our legal rights. We do not use your data to market other things to you.

We process your data to perform a contract or to take steps before one (your application), for our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, on your consent where you have given it — which you can withdraw at any time — and where the law requires it.

Team members who need it to do the work, such as the chatter or account manager handling your page, all bound by confidentiality. Service providers that host this site, store our data and send our email. An accountant or adviser for bookkeeping. Authorities where the law requires it. We never sell it.

Applications we do not take on are kept for up to 12 months, in case you come back. If we work together, records are kept for the term of the agreement and afterwards for as long as the law requires — in Sweden, accounting records for up to seven years. You can ask us to delete your details earlier.

Processing happens mainly inside the EU. Some of our providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; we use providers that apply standard contractual safeguards for those transfers.

Access is limited to the people who need it, NDAs are in place, and your account credentials are never shared outside the team working directly on your page. Email is not perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you would not want stored.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, delete it, stop processing it, or take it with you. You can also object to processing and withdraw consent. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

We work only with creators aged 18 or older and verify this before starting. Because your content and personal details are sensitive, we treat them as confidential by default and do not discuss who our clients are.

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date, and we will tell you directly if a change matters to an agreement we have with you.
